                  and did 1/2 a Zuzana workout.

                  30 minutes on stair-stepper
                  (15 minutes at level 7, 10 minutes at level 9, and 5 minutes at level 12)
                   Completed Zuzana workout

1-19-11     21 Minute walk at lunch
                  Two miles in 19:57 minutes (ran for twenty and MET MY GOAL YAY!)
                  Completed Zuzana workout for today

1-20-11     20 Minute walk at lunch
